Abstract: This research investigates the impact of corporate training programs on adult learners, focusing on their effectiveness in enhancing professional skills and job performance. The study aimed to evaluate the benefits of corporate training, to identify the most effective training methods, and to assess the challenges faced by adult learners in corporate environments. A survey research design was utilized to collect data from employees participating in corporate training programs, as this method allows for comprehensive data collection and analysis. A sample size of 300 adult learners was selected to provide a robust overview. The purposive sampling technique was used to target employees who have undergone corporate training. The case study was conducted in Abuja, Nigeria, where several multinational companies implement extensive training programs. Findings indicated that corporate training significantly enhanced job performance and professional skills, with participants reporting increased productivity and job satisfaction. However, challenges such as time constraints and inadequate training resources were identified. The study recommended increasing the frequency of training sessions and providing more resources to support employee development.
